He has a demonstrated record of success in leading organizational change, and in implementing innovative human resources processes and programs that energized and engaged employees.
His expertise includes structuring team-building initiatives for employees at all levels—hourly to executive—in order to drive companies toward strategic business goals. At Merck, for example, he participated in the development and implementation of team concept programs that helped the business win designation by Fortune magazine as one of America's most admired companies.
Bob is a graduate of the College of Wooster in Ohio and the University of Pittsburgh's Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurial Fellows Center. He is an active member of many professional, business, and community organizations, and serves on a number of non-profit Boards of Directors. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
